January 5th Diet Update

Good Morning All! I had an absolutely fabulous weekend! I am very proud of my efforts to watch my calories and move more.

So far today I have eaten:


2000 calories

1 oz of cheese
6 triscuits
bowl of total with whole milk
apple
Caesar salad with bacon bits
snack pack choc pudding
12 oz can of V8 juice
10 french fries
McDouble with big mac sauce
4 chicken nuggets

moved:

3874 steps or about 1.89 miles
